I love Vickie’s products and am familiar with the high standards she has for her formulas. I’ve used them myself, and have included my comments below. I especially love her glycerin extracts because I can give them quickly to my children directly into their mouths.

Cuts & Bruises Essential Oil Blend
I had to put this first because we use this every day! I put it on all our cuts, scrapes, burns, bruises and topical infections. The last time I got a semi deep cut while slicing vegetables, I dripped this on and put on a band aid. Two days later it had closed and healed.
This blend has Clove which deadens pain, and Helichrysum which takes down inflammation fast. I even drip it on splinters (letting it sit for a couple minutes) before taking them out.
Most essential oils are way too strong to put directly in ears, and I would NEVER advise you to do such a thing. But I will share with you confidentially, that I put Cuts & Bruises oil directly in and around my kids’ ears for ear infection (this formula is already diluted for ready application). This is a mild formula and very useful for many problems. Another way to apply for ear infections is to put 2-3 drops on a cotton ball into the ear overnight.
Ingredients: Pure Essential Oils of Rosemary, Tea Tree, Clove Bud & Helichrysum in a base of pure grape seed oil.
Respicare Essential Oil Blend
This formula is indispensable over the winter months for stuffiness and congestion. It’s already diluted with carrier oil, so you don’t have to worry about it being overly strong when using it. I still do dilute it a bit when I put it on my kids’ necks and chest. I also drip it over the bottoms of the toes on top and underneath the feet, because that’s where the pressure points for the sinuses and bronchials are located. When I get a sore throat, I like to rub this on my neck.
Ingredients: Pure Essential Oils of Eucalyptus Globulus, Eucalyptus Citriodora, Myrtle, Eucalyptus Radiata, Peppermint, Spruce, Ravensara, Pine, and Marjoram in a base of pure grape seed oil.
Spice Traders Essential Oil Blend
Do you like wassail during the holidays? This blend has all the yummy things that you put in wassail. It tastes so good that I make a diluted spray for toothaches, sore gums, mouthwash, cold prevention and treatment, strep throat, etc.
I put a few drops in a glass spray bottle of water with a mini scoop of Stevia, and the kids can’t get enough of it.
Ingredients: Pure Essential Oils of Clove bud, Cinnamon bark, Lemon, Eucalyptus Radiata, Thyme, Orange, Oregano, Nutmeg, Rosemary, Mandarin, Ginger root, and Citronella in a base of pure grape seed oil.
Muscle Relief Essential Oil Blend
This is another tried and true blend that we use over and over for sore muscles, joint pain, achy back or neck, muscle cramps or twitches or tweaks . . . you name it, this works like magic. This diluted blend is comparable to Doterra’s undiluted Deep Blue formula, but a little more affordable. Both of them are worth their weight in gold when I have any of the above maladies.
Ingredients: Pure Essential Oils of Birch, Peppermint, Nutmeg, Clove, Pennyroyal, Black Pepper, Oregano, Thyme, and Marjoram in a base of pure grape seed oil.
Propolis Plus
This is Vickie’s anti-plague formula for kids. It took her 8 years to develop it, so it would taste good enough for her kids to take willingly. It strengthens the immune system.
I use this as an additional tool for fighting colds and sickness. We go through it fast. My sister Emili, used this on her kids for strep throat. She just gave it to them every hour.
*Contains bee pollen, so avoid if you have a severe bee allergy.
Ingredients: Licorice, Forsythia fruit, Slippery Elm, Propolis, Cloves, Oregon Grape root, Myrrh, Echinacea, and Black Cherry extract in a base of pure vegetable glycerin and purified water.
Kid Calm
You need this! Seriously. I give this mild tasting formula to my kids when they are out of control, bouncing off the walls (usually before bed) or after a traumatic injury (we have one every 15 minutes at our house). I use it for hyperactivity and insomnia. I also hug them with an open bottle of lavender oil (which is calming) if they won’t let me put anything in their mouth.
Ingredients: Knitbone, Blue Vervain, Damiana, Spearmint, Mistletoe, Valerian, Skullcap, Lady’s Slipper, Bladder Pod, Cayenne, St. John’s Wort, Hops, and wood betony in a base of pure vegetable glycerin and purified water.
Lobelia
I can’t do without Lobelia! It saved me from a personal trip to the ER, once when I had a nasty virus earlier this year, and had a difficult time breathing at night, and once when my throat started tightening up on me as a result of an allergic reaction. If you choose to try this, make sure you have a back up plan, because I can’t guarantee anything. But for the record, this is one of my most valuable herbal tools.
This is an effective muscle relaxant and pain reliever. Rub on areas of pain or soreness every 30 minutes or as needed. I use only 5-6 drops every 15 minutes orally for tight throat, wheezing and asthma.
Lobelia immediately relaxes and expands the contracted parts of the respiratory system (bronchial tubes, esophagus, glottis and larynx). It has the great ability to remove congestion within the body, especially the blood vessels. Can help other herbs and remedies work better.
Caution: The FDA wants me to say this is for “external use” only or as directed by a health care practitioner (last part is key).
Ingredients: Lobelia, vegetable glycerin and purified water.
Cramp Relief
I use this effectively for menstrual and after-birth cramps. I’ve given it to my kids for stomach and muscle cramps. It’s high in calcium and magnesium, so it helps with cramps in any part of the body.
Ingredients: Saint John’s wort, cramp bark, hops, Indian tobacco, vegetable glycerin and purified water.
Pain With White Willow
We take this to relieve achy pain & fever. It’s so great because I can just squirt it directly into my kids’ mouths. There’s no contraindications for people with stomach problems, or when using blood thinners.
Suggested Dose: 10 drops per half hour as needed
Ingredients: White willow, wild lettuce, valerian root, cayenne & Indian tobacco, vegetable glycerin and purified water.
Digest Aid
I take a squirt of this when I’ve eaten a heavy meal and want a little digestive help. It can also be taken a couple times a day to help digestion in general. It contains enzymes and herbs that stimulate digestive juices. Often we mistake heartburn as an excess of acid, but usually it’s a deficiency of stomach acid. This helps the digestive system work correctly. It’s also great for kids because it tastes good.
Suggested Dose: 1/2 dropper, 2 times a day or as recommended by your health care practitioner.

Suggested Dose: The dosage is 3 droppers a day (the dropper only fills about halfway). Once results have been achieved, maintenance dose is 1 dropper a day (half full). This bottle is about a month supply.
