This is a great site, Jenni. I'm glad to know about the FemEase because my daughter with PCOS is trying to get pregnant and they told her she will have a greater chance of miscarriage due to the shape of her uterus.

Any tips for someone with polycystic ovaries who is trying to get pregnant?

The absolute best thing I've found for back pain and tension buildup is Doterra's Deep Blue Essential Oil blend. They also just came out with a headache blend called PastTense. However, these are a bit pricey, though I could save you shipping because you're here in Cedar.

The next best and still effective thing is Dr Christopher's Deep Heat Cayenne Massage Oil for the pain and Complete Tissue for healing. Yes, you can heal oil injuries if you get enough specific nutrition and circulation to the area. Vickie's Muscle Relief oil works well too. I'll give you some samples of these to try. They are awesome!

When I get headaches it is usually from tension built up in my neck, upper back and shoulders. I have a back injury from 13 years ago (car accident) in my upper back and neck. I also frequently have pain in those areas because of it as well.
